It contributes to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, and Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, by promoting ethical and technological frameworks that strengthen competitiveness and institutional sustainability. It started from the general objective of determining how artificial intelligence protocols impact administrative management, considering dimensions such as business competitiveness, ethical and regulatory governance, citizen data protection, and corporate social responsibility. The research was basic, with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental correlational design, developed with a population of officials and representatives of public and private institutions in Peru, Cajamarca region. The main results show that the implementation of AI protocols contributes significantly to strengthening operational efficiency, transparency, institutional trust, and improving service quality, although challenges related to data protection and ethical governance remain. It is concluded that the implementation of artificial intelligence protocols constitutes an administrative modernization tool for consolidating digital transformation and organizational sustainability, providing useful empirical evidence for public policies and business strategies.
