AN EXAMINATION OF THE CONNECTION BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

With the goal of establishing whether employee engagement programs have a quantifiable effect on key performance metrics, this study explores the connection link employee engagement and organizational success. As part of a mixed-methods approach, structured surveys and interviews were used to collect primary data, while scholarly literature was used to gain secondary data and industry publications. Employee engagement is the study's independent variable, and four dependent variables—financial results, customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and market competitiveness/innovation are used to analyze total organizational performance.
